Android Dual sim apps for Moto G - for messaging and dialing

The stock dialer and messaging apps support dual sim options. However, I am yet to come across 3rd party replacements that can use the dual sim option fruitfully.

I have Dialer One app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.dialer.DialerOne) currently on my Moto G. It does throw a pop up screen asking which sim to use for outgoing call, but I find it a little inconvenient. It would be better if there are two call buttons, one for each sim, in the dialer itself. Or maybe, two different gestures, one for each sim.

I have not managed to find any messaging app that can use either of the sims. Is it due to some limitation by Android OS itself?

I think natively Android SDK doesn't support dual SIM dialing and messaging so, you should stick with the stock messaging app from the OEM. You can try the below options though.

Bumping up this thread. Any new messaging apps with dual sim functionality? For dialer, I find the stock lollipop dialer quite okay for my needs. Just need a messaging app with dual sim functionality.
