Dual SIM GSM + CDMA Phone suggestion

Please suggest me a dual SIM GSM + CDMA phone; preferably both in active rather than standby. My budget is 10k.

I saw this Samsung DUOS W169 - Duos 169 - CDMA Phone - Mobile Phone | SAMSUNGhe specs look good but I am wondering if there is a better option than this. Thanks in advance!

I've got a Reliance CDMA, and while I've had no problems with Reliance, and the CDMA network is great, the handsets suck. I've been looking for a decent dual-sim for some time now, but nice GSM+GSM ones are hard to find, let alone GSM+CDMA. I think it makes more sense to ditch CDMA altogether, and change networks, if you can afford a little downtime.
Go for MNP and get a Spice MI 350 (dual GSM+GSM).
