Ebay OK for Sony Ericsson?

Was searching for stereo BT headsets, and found really cheap Nokia ones on Ebay. Found that they are not genuine, so dumped the idea. Now general recommendations here have been for the SE MW600, and I see it's available for 2.2 on Ebay and 3K on Flipkart.

Are the Ebay ones genuine?

Get a Nokia BH-505 can be had for prety cheap on Ebay , around 2k , probably OEM ones.

Those did not last even 3 months with a friend, and the warranty replacement died in a few months too. Sweat gets to these kind of ear phones, and that's why I need something that can be replaced by regular ear phones, while the BT device remains separate.

THREE MONTHS SELLER WARRANTY

So that is point of concern, why is it having seller warranty?
