It doesn't come with power adapter. Both got micro USB 1 port to power ( mobile adapter 5v 1Amp) up , old mobile cable can be used to power up. Already priced Less than 65% of current selling price as per link you provided. Asking only 500 + shipping for (The TP-Link TL-MR3020) Only used couple of times, wrapping is still there on device regarding condition of the device. Best for both is Rs 850 shipped.

There is no version. I have already mentioned the model number and details. What do you mean by version here. I have mentioned all the details which are written on router, rest you can do the google search or can check on TP-link website.
 
Please check the photo for version identification. I cannot quite read it in your photos. Please bear my queries only a Qualcomm/Athreos chipset will work for my intended use. The TL-WR702N most likely has that but the TL-MR3020 is available in both MediaTek and Qualcomm/Athreos chipset.
