I was wondering if an Edit hack could be incorporated in text editor. The basic idea behind it would be:

To differentiate the edited text from original text. If the edited part is between <edit> tags, the font color is changed to something noticeable, thus while reading the text can be separated and it is easy to read.
i.e. [edit] example [/edit]

I don't think this is a very high priority issue, but at the same time it can be very helpful in reading posts. You can select a font color which doesn't hurt eyes, like Red!

Hi,
You can do the same manually in the time specified for editing your post.
Just type Edit and the edited text inside the [c o l o r] ... [/c o l o r] tags.

eg:
Try the same thing as depicted below in the code tags without the code tags.

[color=red][b]Edit[/b]: This is the sample edited Text[/color]

Though, we shall think if what you have suggested is really needed or not.
