Less than 10K Entry level android capable to run skype

Need an Entry Level Android phone capable of running Skype smoothly. Tried on Intex Aqua 4x. Was able to install Skype but failed to complete a call.
Any suggestions. Dont mind a used one too but a long life product is needed. Would prefer a brand new for peace of mind.

Try any phone from android one. Over your budget but ard 6.2k-6.4k those are some good phones based on hardware and 2 yr support of google

Can anyone state the minimum requirements --network speeds as well as specs required for skype ?
