There seems to be a new TCP filter that exatt has put up - for all you exatt users in Delhi. This filter considerably reduses bandwidth and creates a a nightmare for p2p downloaders....
Use "bandwidth meter" to check your bandwidth you'll find that you cannot get more that half the bandwidth you payed for through p2p. Only the browser manges to get upto 80% of the subscribed bandwidth.
Also, the new TCP filter has made cable connections even slower than dailup connections.
