Excellent RMA experience with Sandisk India

Recently, the write protect switch in my 19 month old Sandisk Extreme 45 MB/s SDHC Class UHS-I 16GB card got broken with the card in write protect mode. I contacted Sandisk on 11th December with the issue. They asked me for some basic details about the card, and then, on 12th Dec, RMA was approved pending return of the defective card. I was told that the same card was out of stock, and was offered a replacement with 2 x Sandisk Extreme Pro 16GB cards or 1 Sandisk Extreme Pro 95MBps 32GB card. I opted for the latter, and sent my defective card to their Bangalore address.
On 19th December, I received the replacement 32GB card, which works absolutely fine. :)
This was my first RMA ever, and I am happy it went on without the slightest of hiccups. The response from Sandisk was extremely professional and courteous. Happy customer here. Just wanted to share my experience with fellow forum members.
