Extension Board suggestions

Hi need suggestions on extension board.

I do have 2 desktops 1 laptop and 4 monitors,
1 desktop is connected to 2 monitors, 1 laptop is connected to 1 monitor and 1 desktop is connected to 1 monitor
What should be the extension board power capacity like how much Watt or Amp ?
 
Any normal spike guard should handle it. You might require 2 nos but connect them individually to mains and not to each other.

If you are using multiple extension boards, do not daisy chain. Use them off separate mains plugs.
That being said: GM, Belkin, are the ones I use. You can also make your own extension boards with modular board, switches and plugs. This is costlier, but more maintainable/customizable in the long run.
