Bought a Kingston 8gb microSd card from Ebay from this seller eBay My World - seller_ahd_5896

Link is
eBay India: Kingston 8GB 8 GB Micro SD HC Micro SDHC TF Memory Card (item 110616451303 end time 28-Nov-2010 12:02:34 IST)

But it doesn't seem to be recognized by my Samsung Champ, Nationite OS-72HR and Nokia N-79. Is it a fake card or wat?I have filled the card with almost the card size of music. But they dont show up on the devices.the memory there does the size as `7gig of data filled.

I ahve not accepted the card from Ebay yet.what do I do?

contact the seller and ask him to ship a replacement card. before he does that he will ask you to ship the faulty card.

I would suggest raise a dispute and return the card. Get in touch with ebay customer care and ask them to guide you. Also make sure that all communications with seller is via emails so that you have records.

Remember, if you do not accept the purchase on ebay within some specific time, it will automatically be treated as Received by buyer.

FYI: I had got a defective electronic weighing machine on ebay. Raised the dispute. Returned the product and got the full refund including that of shipping back to seller. Though it took 45 days, but at least I didn't lose anything.

Regards,

Mohit
