Anyone of you getting this error message while updating text under rig desc. in the rig gallery?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function fetch_phrase() in /home/techencl/public_html/terig.php on line 1467

Update :

working fine. Though I never knew there is a limit of 5000 chars in the description field :| Will have to cut down on my previous stuff to accomodate more
