Less than 10K Feature phone for calls, sms & whatsapp

looking for a feature phone to be used with jio.

good battery backup is must.

Only to be used for calling.
whatsapp needed as most of the mobile networks are pathetic & i rely 99% on whatsapp/telegram calling.

Java based phone ( will try and avoid android if possible)

Hopefully I give an idea.
If mobile networks are pathetic, are you gonna use whatsapp calling feature through home/office wifi.
Why not Jio Phones 1 & 2?
Nokia 8110 4g is good too. I am using it but with Airtel. I don't use whatsapp on it, but I think its available on the app store.
