Udit u missing whole lot of things in those smses

revise and update the way it really was

and by the way you actually clarifies what i mean to say

u started abusing and saying those slang words first without clarifying the doubts now its all i need to mention and explain

this is the thing everyone if an unknown person sends abusive words then what will u do

dont u all think that udit needed to clarify everything first before sying anything inappropriate

everyone think again

and other thing is that udit have not provided a clear picture as he is missing whole lot of things that he mentioned in smses

but still it clarifies everything according to me

a person using abusive language first is now complaining about ill behaviour ,,dont ol think that he needed to have conversation with me

and fatjivi ,u really are something,,,so great of you to involve some other person in between us and now getting aside

the whole thing is started by fatjivi and he need to be thrown out of community

for not updating the thread (that he himself mentioned that the gpu is on hold but the thread actually contradicts his statement as the gpu should be sold asap is mentioned over there ) and still no updates and all

other thing is because he actually refused that we had a deal and then he backed out and that too when i was paying the price he quoted

fatjivi better put a stuff on sale if only its really up for sale

mods i need ur interference in between all this as whatever they (udit and fatjivi)are saying is really forming a bad image of me in the community

cant u read theres a post by me saying its on hold...this was on 6th
and u called me on 7th to ask details
its not my fault u dont read properly!!!!

and whatever the problem happened in our communication does that give the right to abuse me or udit or anyone else???

listen man ive dealt with just 4 ppl which i know is less but all were pleasent
dont u think its surprising that 3 ppl have a problem with ur behaviour???

fellow TE members this guy is so lost that i had to actually sms him today this afternoon to come to TE as he is about to get banned??i did this so this guy can come and atleast have a fair trial

thats how these posts r coming from him now

now tell me can such a guy be trusted??

can such a guy keep a track of thread updates??

I can vouch for Jivi. I know him from that other community NGF and while his rep or posts on TE might not be the highest, I can assure you that hes a genuine chap.
 
Here's my take on things here. I'm sure I'll be attracting a lot of flak, especially from the concerned members, but here goes. This has been nothing but a mudslinging contest since the beginning.

@Shashank: I can not find fault with regard to the deals (which hadn't yet happened, BTW) from either Udit's or Jivi's side. On the contrary, Shashank, you have been assuming quite a few things and have ended up disappointed. Remember, when you ASSUME something, you make an ASS out of U and ME. However, that does not give you the liberty to abuse fellow members. It might be nothing to you, but there are a few things called etiquettes, which are expected out of any civil human being.
@Udit: Appreciate your concern to put up this issue here in the open so that other members are made aware. Still, you became no different from Shashank when you had used similar abusive language to reply to him. I don't know what made you do that.. Just because he started it does not mean, you repay it in kind. I know it sounds too naive to expect someone to be polite when someone is abused at, but that's the way it goes.

@Fatjivi: A community is supposed to work in exactly the way you have done. When you are in doubt about one member, you always ask for opinions from others who have dealt with him, or who know him personally. That is how we can identify truthful persons and develop trust, and sometimes identify people who have to be avoided at all costs.

Unfortunate (or fortunate, depending on how you see things) as it seems, I will have to agree with some members' opinions that the concerned member be punished. This has been something that had happened while a deal was being considered and negotiated, for which TE provided a platform.

i agree with u on this

the reason i contacted udit was because shashank mentioned him and in fact abused him!!!called him a liar and a cheat!!

also he lost his temper with me without any reason so i decided to contact udit regarding this guys obscene behaviour

all in all i find these two faults with him as u did

A. He assumes a lot

B. he does not know how to respect another person!!!

decision lies with mods only what to do

its ok dude...happens when u lose temper

i had a very hard time restraining myself too when he raised his voice with and abused me on phone

i didnt want this meaningless and pointless fight so i didnt say anything back to him

c everyone blames him now...always remember a person gets what he deserves if not sooner than later

Doesn't make sense in my opinion as he can create another account which will worsen the condition identifying him ..

Banning his IP permanently may help which all of us know wont be done by our beloved mods .. :P
 
@Udit and Fatjivi: It is very humane to lose temper when someone insults you. At the same time, it is also true that the wise look back, review and improve themselves to handle similar situations in a better way. You both brought up the issue in open to make others aware; and I am sure the message has been conveyed. I think its time to cut down the argument. This will only induce negative sentiments further; not only in Shashank but in both of you as well. You did not loose anything; instead gained some experience out of this. So take that and continue.

As for Shashank: Try to revisit the whole scenario with a cool head. Try to relate what Udit and Fatjivi are trying to mention. If you feel that certain things have been not good on your part try to take care of those; eventually it will help you only. However if you feel otherwise, just ignore and continue.

I don't think it's within the mods' domain to ban him as nothing happened on TE. But in an ideal world...
 
ive cut down the argument i dont have anything else to day

just waiting for the mods decision on this

even if they r not banning they should give a verdict so that we know it has finished and thread can be closed
 
A suggestion....

Why not include a rule in the market section with regards to abuse outside TE, as seen in this case? Or maybe in the general rules?

It will be helpful if it is clarified to people. Otherwise someone might complain about no breaking of rules has taken place etc.

atleast he got a lesson now and will learn not to be rude again(hopefully :P)
