PC Peripherals few exclsuive computer items in kolkata

Dear forum members

I am as usual ur old dear friend sunando from kolkata.

I am specifically looking for following items but unable to find them at
popular shops i know in ganesh Chandra avenue in kolkata.

1. External 3.5 " casing/enclosure of some reputed brand like
transcend...etc....

At best i am getting companies like frontech (i have purchased one and
trust me its hard disk external casing is a headache) tech-com (i dont
think its any better than frontech) and intex (again same logic).....

Question: Anyone awars of where in kolkata (and if not kolkata then india)
i can possibly get some trusted brand 3.5 " external hard disk casing.....

2. IDE to SATA Controller....and SATA to IDE controller....

Seems no one is aware of this item in kolkata computer market......i dont
want to purchase from ebay...i want some
good brand like tanscend and available in kolkata (if not kolkata then may
be india)....

3. SATA (not PATA) external casing/enclosure....

Again all casings available are for PATA and not SATA ...so any idea where
can i have external casing /enclsoure for 3.5 " SATA external hard
disk....

4. small good quality microphones....

Plz help in locating these items...and also ur views if any on my quest for
these items.

p.s. one more question...???

is 915 intel motherboard has all sata controllers only.....??????
 
I donno stay in kolkata so donno know the shops there.

But reg ur 915 mobo query.
There is a connector to connect our PATA HDD's.
On that one IDE Connector u can have one primary and one slave PATA HDD or Optical Drive.
