Finally I Bought A Sata Hdd Casing..

I bought Transcend usb 2.0 sata hdd casing for Hitachi 250gb.

Now i have a little confusion here, i want to hide and block access to some my personal folders on usb hdd, which should not be accesed if i connect hdd to another pc. Is it possible ? is there any software available ??

@ gmano, It will support upto 750gb so no worries though.

So no one can access the files and folders on external disc.
all files and folders of current hdd will be encrypted and copied automatically to external sata hdd. Right ?
 
you can encrypt the entire hdd..but then without the software .. the hdd will be useless(but it can be deleted/formatted)

its like..even if somone manages to steal the softcopy..they will not be able to make use of the content IN the encrpyted file....just go thru it dude...this thing is giving me some good options tat even some of my paid softwares are not giving..:)

go thru the documentation/help . . it gives some basic stuff u need to know..:)

sadly no firewire or esata, wat are the transfer speeds m8?

and yep, truecrypt is ur best option for wat u r set out to do
