You can alwayz use the free flv convertor.

It can convert flv's to many formats including avi and mpg.

I personally use it and is gr8.:hap2:

you can even use it to encode other formats to .flv

even i need a good .flv to .avi/.mpg etc.. convertor.. tried many but audio and video out of sync especially for youtube videos
