Graphic Cards For all owners of Geforce 7 series card: supersampling or multisampling AA?

Which do you use for your 7 series card and why?

I own a geforce 7 series card and I just came across this on the nvidia control panel while browsing . So can you suggest which one to use .

Generally, MultiSampling is better because SuperSampling wastes a lot of performance.
