Free remote access app, Litemanager analogous?

Hello,

My old ma lives abroad and struggles with her smartphone.
Unfortunately, even the most basic settings confuse the hell out of her and attempts to troubleshoot over the phone invariably end unhappily.

Is there any kind of app like Litemanager Free which allows a remote user to take control of your phone in order to manage apps and settings?

Good one. Just tested Screen share with secondary phone and had a nice exp. Only thing we cannot control other phone just like in team viewer session.
If any app like that then icing on cake.
