1. Asus A7V333 : KT333 chipset, full ATX board....oces nice, touched a 2000+ DUT3C to 185MHz FSB....no issues even if PCI Bus is running at 38MHz....

has warranty till october 2005

2. XFX MX4000 : what to say...has 3yrs warranty...

right u are. MX440SE originally was a core speed bumped MX440 along with agp 8X. NV made it optional to vendors whether they wanted to make a 128bit bus or 64bit bus.
