Bought S4 from this seller, It has a screw is missing and there is some stuff (looks like glue) under the glass on the top left corner, it moves when pressed. It looks like glass has been replaced with aftermarket one. I contacted the seller first he said that it might be some usage marks, but later he says that I have messed up with the phone. I have received the phone today and immediately contacted the seller, but he is accusing me instead. Attaching the pics below, @mods please take appropriate action. Will post the Whatsapp chat if required.

The blame that buyer is putting on me is baseless due to the following reasons....1) Since my phone has not serviced, it is obvious that it was not opened by anyone, hence a question of missing screw does not arise. 2) Before selling this phone, I had uploaded clear pics which showed no flaw in the area which buyer is indicating. 3) I am a trusted member of TE, I have not cheated anyone which is clearly visible in my iTrader ratings.
I think the buyer has messed up with the phone or he is not liking the phone so he is doing this in order to get refund.

The screen is original and haven't been replaced.

I will not refund the money since my device is altered. My uploaded pics earlier does not show any such big spot on the screen. If it was such big and severe issue, i would have mentioned it like bezel problem which i did mentioned it...I had so many deals earlier and not a single buyer complaint.

Mods, forgive me for butting in but there is indeed a "mark" at the same area on the phone in the images which the seller had posted but that mark wasn't as huge or as noticeable as the one which the buyer has now.
Admittedly i did noticed that mark but thought that it was just a screenguard which wasn't applied properly and didn't want to question it further (which i now feel that i really should have).
I did asked him for better images though i think:

so @raheelshadab don't you think that this situation could've potentially or even not existed in the first place if you had done what i requested?
And as for your traders rep. it no doubt is important for a trader but that doesn't mean one with a high number of positive deals cannot commit a blunder. There are many people here who've been there and done exactly that. Don't forget that members with many positive feedback have also been banned. So implying that you are a reputed guy and everyone should believe just because of your previous positive deals is not gonna cut it dude.
@harishmenace man while i feel sorry for you, you should've asked about it before purchasing. And you left the feedback way too soon, you should've consulted the mods about future course of actions even if there is no guarantee that they can help you get refunded. I was also interested in it but the price was way more that what i wanted to pay. Glad it saved me.

@iPwnz Ya looking back I think I should have been cautious, but I too fell for the number of feedback he had. I don't think I will get a refund, he is just blaming me for messing up the phone. Guess I should have made an unboxing video and it would have been straight forward. Lesson learned for any future purchases, new or used. Anyways getting 5700 for exchange from quikr, will do that. Will put up the accessories here for sale, to make up for the loss.

Just post his details here and then the effect will be on FB, twitter, whatsapp whatsoever pages pr chat rooms he deals in on the net will have adverse effect on his ongoing current transactions and talks. In fact every 1 of you should help the forums by posting such kind ppl in other forums and save them from dealing with these kinda ppl. He might be cheating someone else also right now. Paste each and every detail of him including his pic.
