Graphic Cards game crashes again!!

hi..
i had game crashes before..thought that was a psu problem..so i changed my psu(gen frontech 500w) as well as mobo n cpu (m2n mx-se n x2 4800+) to cx400 and x3 435 with A780L..

but the problem remains :(..while playing graphic intensive games (cod mw2,bf2,hawx) for about 5mins pc just hangs..hawx suffers the worst..i have to power off and switch on again..but i can play fifa10 for hours..

ran memtest for about 2hrs with 2048mB and 700mB at once no errors..
i ve cleaned the card (there was minimum dust) and re applied thermal paste..no change in temps though 46c idle before and after..

then i came across a term "gpp slots power limit" in bios which is set to 25 default..i googled but didnt find satisfactory answers (no clue about cards using only board power)..i heard somewhere that pci e slots can give 75watts..

is this has something to do with the crashes??should i change it to 75??
is there any other causes for these type of crashes??

i used 10.4 10.2 10.1 and 9.8 all in my previous set up...same problem..i heard even a gen 500w psu is capable running 4670..the games running fine in my laptop so the game files are ok..

is my card damaged??then again i can play fifa @full for 3-4 hours..im confused...
 
tried everything..even with the stock driver cd catalyst 9.2...nothing changed..

reinstalled windows again :(

now ive given up...

im in onboard graphics now...atleast im able to play @800x600 med settings..

i will go to the service centre tomorrow..lets see what they have to say...

hi again..

got fed up with poor quality graphics and reinserted the card..reset the bios..and let the mobo decide my ram speed and timings..actually i have two rams of different timings xion cl5 and kingston cl6..setting 800mhz speed mobo assigned 5-6-6-18 timings..thought that might be a problem because i had my almost entire rig replaced xcept hdds and rams and i had same problems before..now they are @667 5-5-5-15 i set the gpp slots power limit to 100W..and catalyst 10.6..now just played hawx for 30-40 mins at max :)..seems like my problem is solved :)

i had my cpu tested stable with prime95..rams with memtest...and gpu stressed stable with furmark..they all were rock stable but still game stability is a different thing that i learned :)..and i ve googled a little and found that the performance diff in 800 and 667 is not noticeable for day to day work..so im leaving it to 667..just want my system to be stable :)
