gaming pc under 40k

so guys as the topic suggests i am building a gaming pc under 40k(the budget can go about 2k overboard but thats it),and i have roughly drawn up my rig and want your suggestions on it(and improvements if you feel the need of it).(Also would like to order all the components online because i am a lazy bum)so here goes -

CPU-Intel Core i3 2100(rs.6413 @Flipkart)

Mobo-Biostar H61MU3 (rs.3617 @Flipkart)

RAM-Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4GB(http://alturl.com/2xs7c)(rs.1638 @Flipkart)

GPU-Galaxy GTX 570 1.25 GB GDDR5(Rs.19570 @Flipkart)

PSU-Seasonic S12II-620 620 Watts(48A on the 12V rail,570 requires 38A)(rs.5089 @flipkart)

Case-Cooler Master Elite 430 Black (rs.3340 @flipkart)

Case fans-2x CM 90 CFM Blue LED Cooler(http://alturl.com/oygjg)(rs.507 each @flipkart)

I will take the HDD and optical drive from my previous PC so those components dont matter.I could replace the mobo here with the biostar A880GZ(same price) and the cpu with the FX-4100(also same price) but i guess this i3 performs better in gaming, right?i will be gaming at 1360x768 and occasionaly at my 32 inch HDTV,so i will need the power of the GTX 570,(or should i get a hd 6970 instead?or wait for HD 7870?)thanks!

Wait for the HD7870 or the GTX660 if you are not in a hurry. Excellent power savings and good performance jump too.

Also when you are going for a 20k GPU go for a Core i5 ~ 9.5k.

My advice would be to wait a bit and get a Ivy bridge i5 and a HD7870/ GTX660
