General Home PC for 23k

Im helping my brother build a new machine for himself. This machine will be used for general purpose like browsing, watching HD movies, downloading and basic games.

Budget: 23k (+/-2k)

This is the config...

Processor: AMD Athlon II X3 440
Motherboard: GA-880GMA-UD2H
RAM: Corsair VS 2GB DDR3 1333 - 1250/-
HDD: 500GB Seagate 7200.12 - 1800/-
Monitor: BenQ G2220 - 7450/-
SMPS: FSP SAGAII 400W - 1900/-
Cabinet: CM Elite 310 Cabinet - 1650/-
Key Board: Logitech SET - Optical Blk Mouse+ MMKB - 750/-
ODD: SATA DVD-Writer 950

I have got these prices from ITWares. Now, as GA-880GMA-UD2H is out of stock, Rahul (ITwares) suggested the following combo...
AMD Athlon II X3 440 + GA-880GM-UD2H - 7400/-

My reason for selecting GA-880GMA-UD2H was that it comes with SATA 6Gbps, USB 3.0. It also has a decent onboard graphics which will suffice his HD movie watching requirement. As per my knowledge GA-880GM-UD2H doesn't come with SATA 6Gbps, USB 3.0

So now I need to re-select a mobo and would need your expert advice.

How about MSI 880GMA-E45 or ASUS M4A87TD/USB3. Budget for mobo not more than 5.5k

ASUS M4A87TD/USB3 lacks on board graphics. So you would have to add a graphics card too.

So my pick is the MSI 880GMA-E45 ~ 5.1-5.3k or Asus M4A88T M/USB3 ~ 5.7k.(SATA 3Gbps only. No Sata 6Gbps ports)

Rest of the config is great :)

The above config is based on your suggestion you have given to various members on this forum who have similar requirement and budget.
