Budget 21-30k General purpose home laptop

Should have Windows and MS Office. Mostly Word and Powerpoint. No other major requirements. Maybe decent battery backup and no need for a porter to carry it around
Not sure if AMD would give far better VFM than Intel but the person who requires it is a doctor in Goa and is not a techie. Simple, no nonsense is of primary importance.
There might be a bit of Photoshop/Corel Draw learning but not sure if that will ever happen.
Does not want to spend a great deal. Online purchase is fine. No used laptop.

I would add this to the list. With a RAM (dual channel) and SSD upgrade, the Ryzen 5 should give good performance for Photoshop/Light Gaming>

No gaming required at all. He may perhaps play chess but that's about it.
