Currently its available only to mumbai city :(, but the site say in some time the suburban and thane guys can also apply :cool2:

They have sent me an sms saying me to come to their andheri office to collect the card between 11 am and 7pm on working days :( , i though these guys deliver it home :mad:

Will go and report back

NOTE : Now they have different webistes for mumbai city, suburbs and thane
 
I went to one of the local centres and submitted it there. Got the ID delivered to my house! Very cool, seems like I am voting this time around :)
