PC Peripherals Getting a UPS (good one)

I have a compact UPS, it doesnt seem to be working any longer....it switches off along with the current supply. Any idea as to if I will be able to fix this for cheap???

BTW i plan to buy a new UPS that would support a real heavy weight machine (a high performing gaming machine) {my idea of a heavy machine}.
Weel any suggestions on brands and stuff?? Good brands prefered to famous ones.

APC seems to top the list, how come? no rivals???
 
APC makes some good UPS'...

But some of their models have an issue of making a buzzing noise wen it runs on battery; which happens wen its coupled with Corsair PSUs..

The BR800-IN which I've is a good one;

The issue is being sorted out I believe...

yup..get a new batt n u shud be all set :)

APC is pretty much the market leader in UPS. So long as ur willing to spend, they ll give u wat u need. Good quality, n great service too :) better than all the others .
