This is the notorious P750GM. Everyone would appreciate if you have cross-checked against serial numbers affected. Check here: https://www.gigabyte.com/Press/News/1930
Edit: From the bill, and sticker, it looks like this model is affected. Please specify if you have already RMA'd it.
I would suggest for seller to return it and then putting the RMA'd unit for sale, or for buyer to RMA it upon receipt.
