Performs slightly better than GTX 1060

Will clean it and re-apply thermal paste when shipping it out.
Cleaning in ITX case is too much.

Its in itx case soo airflow is zero to none but it never stutter or anything. where i live its a industrial area soo it accumulate too much dust. but i actually clean it in 1 -1.5 months and also repaste the thermal pads.

Quick question, has this GPU been undervolted or any power limits applied?
An RX 480 should draw power upwards of 150W, and this being a dual fan variant should draw more (like 160-170W I have seen in most reviews)
That would also bring the temps up.
 
Is this still available? 8k is a bit above my budget but please ping me if you can negotiate a bit. I recently moved to Bangalore from Kolkata but my friend can do a local pick up as well.
