Good broadband in Vile Parle (East)

hi guys,
currently i have Exatt.net internet connection. the 128 kbps one. and i must say that the speeds SUCK! so i planned for tata indicom. but wtf? no service in Vile Parle (East) :@
also asked airtel. they too don't have service in my area :(. and MTNL has no unlimited plan. so can anyone help me won which connection to get?
the things that i want are DSL connection coz i have a DSL router and i wan't to conect 4 computers to that single line. and 256 kbps.
please suggest me some good ISPs that give good speed and give service in Vile Parle east

I'm using hathway and it sucks but gets the work done... there's a new scheme 512k 1600+tax/month

whats the cost of hathway 256 kbps unlimited? and what is the speedtest result for the 256 kbps
plan?
my current plan is 128 kbps but in speedtest, it shows just 80 or so :@
is that the case with hathway too?
