Good camera phone under 10k

Guys, recently I bought Nokia E5 and I am very happy with it. Now my friend is planning to buy a new phone and the following are his requirements:

1. Q: Budget?
A: 10k

2. Q: Preferred Form Factor(flip, bar, slider)?
A: Bar

3. Q: Preferred display type?
A: TFT

4. Q: Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: Prefer Nokia or Sony or Samsung

5. Q: Preferred input method (Touchscreen, QWERTY, etc.)?
A: Any

6. Q: Camera required or not? If required, please specify type like front camera/flash/etc.
A: Camera should be very good

7. Q: Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).
A: Any

8. Q: Preferred connectivity options? (3G, Wifi, Edge etc).
A: 3G, Edge, GPRS

9. Q: What is your intended use for this phone(internet, camera, multimedia, mails, etc)?
A: Camera, mails and internet.

10. Q: Any other requirements?
A: Don't require dual sim/require dual sim/etc.

11. Q: If you have already considered a phone then please mention the model.
A: NA :-(

Since a good camera is the main requirement,I suggest the following:

1)SE Xperia Mini/Pro

+ Good 5 mp cam with Led flash, Good SQ

- small low res screen , small battery

2) SE ELM

+ Good 5 Mp Cam, Good battery life,dumb phone but with basic java multitasking

- Dpad gets stuck after some months,No micro usb,No 3.5 mm jack

3) Nokia 6700 classic

+ Very good 5 mp camera, nice build,good screen(for the size)

- S40 os means no multitasking,No wifi,Overpriced
