Hi all,
Need suggestions on a good dual dvi card. Will be getting it through a friend from US, so links/deals from newegg/zzf and others would be helpful.
Usage:
mainly desktop apps, many putty/ssh sessions, browser.... maybe a bit of photoshop/GIMP and once in a while for watching movies.
Min requirements:
Dual dvi (hope to get 2 19" or 20" displays by year end), 256MB mem (would 128 do?). Not particular about DX10, I usually dont use windows. Should be good enough for next 2-3years.
I think Nvidia cards are better for Linux, so what about 7600GS or 7600GT? opinion on these or alternatives would be helpful.
Budget: around $120, stretchable if its really worth but dont want to spend on features I really wont need.
Thanks
