Why's the '%' symbol being replaced with '%', happens randomly I guess.

Edit : Same thing happened here, I was saying about the ' % ' symbol!

Yeah.. It is a known issue and it will be resolved soon hopefully. The first instance of % in a post gets automatically converted to its ASCII code.
