Audio Good sounding speakers for less than 1.5k

hi guys,

any suggestions on speaker set for less than 1.5k

basic requirement is for listening music.
source of the speakers would be a laptop.

any suggestions for logitech/AL/iball etc etc?

Altec Lansing BXR1221 or Altec Lansing BXR1121

Altec Lansing BXR1121 has line in and headphones connector. It also has Bass and Treble control. While the BXR1221 only has volume control and no other controls or connectors.

Apart from AL:
Creative SBS A300 Speaker - Rs. 1400
Logitech X210 Speaker - Rs. ~1600

better go to a mall or some shop where you can get a demo of these and then choose one you like. these are easily available everywhere.
