I have GoPro Quik subscription which offers unlimited photo and video backup in its mobile app. My question is how can I download/use those videos in pc or is there any way to make sync possible to avoid connecting mobile to pc/laptop.

You can log in to your GoPro account on the website and download the backed up photos and videos to your PC.
