OP: You definitely require better cooling for your chassis. The hot air needs to be expelled out else all the components in the system would have a higher average working temperature when your system is own and this degrades the life in the longer run.

There should be a provision for an exhaust fan in the chassis. At least an 80mm fan. Do install one. Or migrate to a better and cheaper chassis like the NZXT Gamma. Costs ~2k.

yes its a bit on higher side

my card does 73c peak on Crysis, get the airflow remedy as suggested by others
 
what are the Idle core and memory frequencies? i read that they are supposed to be 100/150 but mine are at 300/300

also i dont get the RPM readings in any software...

Cause due to power saving they have been dialed down by the driver. Stress it, and see the screen.
 
my 2D frequencies dont seem to come down below 300/300 arnt they supposed to be 100/150? even tried disabling Aero and using windows 95 style GUI :-|
