OC & Modding GPU Overclock

Hi. I overclocked my HD 6670 1GB DDR3 as shown in the picture. I played COD:Ghosts for around 30 mins without any issue. My question is that can I use this frequency permanently? I mean, is it fine if I use it for long term gaming? I used Sapphire trixx for overclocking. When I restart my pc, the values are resetted. I have to overclock again. Any idea what i should do?

Half an hour of gameplay can't prove a gpus stability. Better run some benchmarks like 3DMark vantage, 3DMark 11 and 3DMark. Run these benchmarks 2 - 3 times. Look out for artifacts or any other sort of graphical corruption. If there's none and you can game for 2 - 3 hours continuous then the gpu oc is stable.

There's a setting on Trixx to use Oc clock [ profile ] on startup. Just go through the setting of Trix and you'll find it.
