It is highly improbable to get even a 760 in warranty, considering how long ago they launched. Finding 10XX series GTX cards in warranty is also difficult, except for those purchased late in their refresh cycle and Zotac/Aorus cards with 5/4 year warranties.

OK atleast the seller must give a weeks warranty to accept the item in stability right, i think that will be a honorable trade.
