Graphic Cards Graphics Card on a low budget

Can anyone suggest a graphics card on a low budget? I wanted to play crysis, GTA 4 and any newer games that come. I have a 15" monitor which I'll upgrade next year. I also have a stock PSU of 450W, would i need to upgrade the PSU with the graphics cards that you may suggest?
total <5000? Is it possible?
The config is:
Q6600
2 DVD Writers,
80 GB SATA, 640GB SATA Drive, Floppy Drive,
Printer is connected
ASUS P5KLM, 4GB RAM

go for palit 9600gt or a hd 4670. as per ur psu is concerned go for hd4670 as 9600gt will require more power and ur 9600gt may be in danger with ur stock psu.

You've got a great PC there, why are you compromising on a graphic card? Save up another thousand and a half; and get a 4770 at least.

thank you, thing is 4770 is not available anywhere! Even if it is going by what is being said 7.5k is the norm. 4670 should be available for 4.5k. I really wish i could get it though

9600GT is a better card and should do fine with your 450W PSU,
