That will come when you make more and more posts. The lesser the number of posts the length of the bar will be lesser. got it?

The green bar under the post counts is your Reputation.

You can earn reputation by posting threads/posts which are useful to other members. In cases where you help out members, and they like your help, they add reputation to your post by using the icon on top of the post header (weighing balance in silver color).
