Forerunner
I am putting together a new rig.
Stuff I bought -
Core i3 4130
Gigabyte B85M-D3H
Corsair XMS3 8gb
2 TB Hdd
AOC i2769vm
Stuff I have lying around from my old rig-
GT 210 graphics card.
I do not game. Have been meaning to get back to gaming since the last few years! Can't spare time!
PC will be on 24x7.
Multitasking is a huge requirement. Cloud syncing, photo uploads keep happening through the day.
Full HD movies/TV everyday for about 2 hours. Music for about an hour. Downloading when idle.
A bit of photo editing using Photoshop 3-4 days a week.
Have gotten a DSLR, so might start using other Photo related apps like lightroom a little later.
Surfing for about an hour daily.
The main question,
Should I go ahead with the onboard HD graphics and sell off the GT210 ? (Running 27" Full HD?)
Or will that be better for my requirements compared to the onboard solution ?
Or do I need an altogether new graphics card to drive this display and comply with my requirements ?
