I just found this multifunctional site site called Gtalkr , created by brothers Wes and Dudley Carr, which comprises of tons of various extensible developments. This site is based on flash which contains various maps from google and yahoo and includes support for embedding other widgets too. :D

Till now the functionalities involve:

*IM access: You can access your Gtalk instant messaging account without a client, from any computer.

* YouTube integration: You can search for videos and play them right on the Gtalkr site.

* Flickr integration: search for any user or tag on Flickr and show a slideshow of pictures on the site.

* Additional Flickr stuff: Your gmail contacts now show a Flickr icon automatically. Just click on the flickr icon next to a name and see their pictures. This is a really clever use of the Flickr API, which allows applications to search for users via an email address.

* System tray notifier: download a small client and get email and instant messenger notifications even when you are off Gtalkr.

* Whole page scroll: In the original release Gtalkr tried to fit all content into the viewable area (A flash issue); now the page is scrollable.
Gtalkr is taking a different approach by focusing just on Gtalk, and adding in additional features to, I assume, get users to use it more as a home page or dashboard. Gmail emails are pulled in as well as Yahoo maps (Google maps doesn’t have a flash API, Yahoo does). Gtalkr also plans on pulling in addtiional services, such as del.icio.us and flickr. :ohyeah:
Independent Flash developers can create these extensions as well. RSS integration is very simple and it involves just dragging the box to make it show the amount of no. of feeds that you want.

All in all a tremendous online utility. Considering the future developments comprise of integrating AIM and voice support its already my homepage!:hap2:

What about You?

Yea enig ..its a wicked site! .. considering it provides so many options on a single page.

Plus did u check "add content" option? .. It allows u to add feeds and various other widgets on that page ;)

.. totally liked this single-page-multi-site idea!! Kudos to Carr bros!

Hey but only one guy liked it? .. erm.. wasnt expecting such a stagnant response for it.. :(

i'm having problem with it though. i cant access both yahoo messenger and google talk at the same time. I know the reason but i thought the problem will happen only only if i use both of them in my system but the same problem exists in gtalkr too :(
