Graphic Cards GTX 560 - Overclocked GTX460 with too high power consumption?

As the title says, you can only overclock so much, the cards under review(custom coolers and the works) consume more power than the GTX560 Ti(and perform lesser), which makes it kinda pointless considering the price is higher than a regular GTX460 and the GTX460 is an overclocking beast.
