PC Peripherals guys suggestion needed

Guys,

I have almost finalized the setup.This is for my friend.

this is the one which i am going for.any recomendations/criticisms welcome.

AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE
Motherboard: Biostar TA790GXB A3+
RAM: Transcend 4GB DDRIII 1333MHz
GPU: Sapphire 5750 1GB GDDR5(DX11)
HDD: Seagate 1TB SATAII 7200.12 series
Cabinet: CM Elite 334
PSU:Corsair VX450
Optical Drive: L.G. GH22NS30 SATA/Samsung SH-S22F SATA
Since I will not be assembling the machine and this would be purchased in delhi or mumbai(shipped to delhi) want to know of online dealers who will do the same.

Cpu - Intel core i5-750 (2.66Ghz) - 10.2k

Mobo - GA-P55M-UD2 - 6.5k

Ram - Transcend 2*2gb 1333mhz ddr3 - 5.2k

HDD - Seagate 1tb - 3.8k

Optical drive - Samsung/LG DVD writer - 1.1k

Graphics card - Ati 5750 - 9.5k / Ati 5770 1gb - 11.5k

Cabinet - Cooler Master Elite 334 - 2.1k

SMPS - Corsair VX 450 - 4k / GlacialPower 650W - 4.6k

Total - 42k / 44.4k / 45.2k

It is better than the amd rig . Core i5 smashes any amd cpu and at the same time consumes much less power compared to the phenom II x4 955
 
ALWAYS AVOID AMD

i hv used p3, p4, amd turion,core2quad !!
p3 p4 core2quad (still using) nevaa gave problems ... but amd sucked big time !!
yea n 1 more thing 7200.12 also bricks so purchase WD only !! .. still w8in 4 free data recovery frm seagate for my 7200.11 sd15 500 gb :(

Wats with the AMD bashing??? And could you elaborate on your statement that AMD sucked big time????

There are a lot of AMD users out there happy with their products in the same manner as you are with Intel processors. And no, i am not taking any sides here but stop with the fanboyism talk!

I myself use an Amd Phenom II x4 955 and its great.

I only suggested the i5 rig as i5 is superior cpu to Phenom II x4 955 in terms of power consumed , and processing power.
