PC Peripherals H70 vs Venmous X

I am looking to buy a new CPU cooler. The NH-D14 is not an option for me as it has compatibility issues with my mobo (EVGA X58 SLI).
Hence the options are Corsair H70 and Venmous X.
I have read reviews for both and could not make up my mind. Proccy is a i7 920 D0 and i plan to OC it to something like 4.2Ghz minimum.
The last cooler that i had was a CM N620 but it was hardpressed to handle the heat generated by i7 930 at 4.2GHz and above (though i had oc'd it to 4.5GHz just for benching).

Dont have any fixed budget for the cooler. Plz suggest which one sud i buy?
I will buy it this Friday.
 
i think u should go for h70 as its better in performance and a closed loop liquid cooler so its far better that traditional air cooler and will manage to keep ur i7 temps in check.
