Budget 51-70k Hackintosh for Mobile App/Web Development

Please suggest me a configuration for hackintosh that will allow me to run both android studio and android emulators as well as xcode in smooth and responsive manner.
I have used dual core i7 laptop and a dual core i7 desktop and android emulators have been sluggish on both. I visited the insanelymac website but i am not sure I can figure everything out from there.
I would also like to know where in Hyderabad i can buy and get assembled these components. Thanks.

You can pick the config from tonymacx86.com buyers guide. Get 2 ssds, one for windows and mac. Disconnect the other while you install mac/windows. Have mac as the boot drive with clover as the bootloader. You can pick the windows drive to boot from clover .

App development shouldnt be an issue if you check before hand on how the mobo performs. 7th gen CPUs should be fine. I'd recommend an i7 and a common mobo from the above site.
