Storage Solutions Hard disk Data Transfer Counter .. Help!

I was wondering if there is a program which will keep track of how much data i am transferring between various drives..

Like My Internal HDD to a pen drive or an external HDD...

A counter which gives usage statistics per day/per week/ etc.

Please let me know if there is one.
