Has MTNL Mumbai inceased the free usage for TriB 200P ?

Just checked my usage, it shows 181 MB used and 319 MB unused. Adds up to 500MB. Checked MTNL site :
MTNL Broadband Internet Services Tariff Plans

500MB = Rs 199
1GB = Rs 399
5GB = Rs 749.

Yes it has gone from 400mb to 500mb.
