HCL has announced its fourth Me series Android tablet in the Indian market today at a press event in New Delhi. Priced at just INR 10,490, HCL ME X will go on sale starting today.

Not sure whether it has android market support or not. If it does have then its a very decent buy @ 10k compared to other tablets at the price point considering this runs GB, has a capacitive screen and 512MB RAM.
 
Seems like tablet selling craze started amongst Indian companies. Manufacturer might be the same one or two guys from china who print the companies names on the bulk produced products. Buy for 3-4k and sell in 10-15k and make profit.

You're most probably correct considering how almost all the Indian companies are doing that with their phone range.
 
Very true. Our industrialists have become traders, not just in consumer goods but in almost all businesses.
 
There is no Android market access on the device... you can download and install the apk file separately though... The display is sad in terms of responsiveness.... would rather recommend the iBall Slide over it... its much much better...
