Since past some days my boot drive was booting slowly no wonder it has been on the installed Win7 pro since past 5 years now.

It was hanging on logon screen occasionally and today threw a BSOD.

Drive: Hitachi HDP725025LA380 250GB SATA

Refer below image for detailed info:

Is this the time to panic?
Can I repair this weak sector? Its a logical one for sure.

I'm still performing other tests likes Surface Read test etc. And will provide more screenshots as the tests are passed.

**Its a year 2011 disk & was never replaced but that doesnt mean I should simply dump it by thinking it has served its purpose very well and etc etc.. No I dont want to do so but would rather like to repair it and make it fit for future use as long as it can run.

So please dont suggest on that path.

There is no point in 'repairing' a bad sector. Your disk has already marked it bad and remapped it to a new spare sector.
