NOTE- First of all i DON'T accuse Any of the above to be wrong, mistakes happen, and I am writing here to to bring the attention of headphonezone, because their support has not been helpful so far.

around A week ago, i placed an order for a V moda BoomPro microphone from headphonezone.com

at first i entered the wrong address, but sorted it out with their support, and after 3 days, my mic was shipped by aramex, (at the correct address ) no issues again it's probably the best courier company out there.

19 jan

I got a sms stating that my mic will be delivered today, i was at home the entire day, there were 5 people at my house that evening, No one arrived, no sms , no emails,
no problem, i will wait for another day.

20 jan

fast forward to next day, and the Aramex Site states that it was delivered on 7:10PM on 19th december, and more specifically it says "Delivered (my name here) " my name was in the address, so anyone else taking the package and signing by my name is also a probability.

fired an email immediately to headphonezone about it, got 2 calls and Cleared it with the support rep that despite Aramex site stating, No delivery happend. after 30 minutes i got a call from a support rep and she said "due to issues in Chennai, they need a day to sort thing out." or something like that.
no problem again,i can wait..

21 jan

that leads us to today.I fired another email and got a blunt reply with no follow ups

"hi XXXXX
as i can check it has already been delivered to you"

now this is where i stand, First of all i have Contacted all neighbours and no one has any product (we have been living here for 9 years, Not a chance of anyone stealing or hiding)

now in My defense before anyone accuses Me of creating this drama to get a Free microphone, Just think I can afford 20K Headphones, Why will i try to Run with a 2K Microphone ?
it's like Buying a New iphone and then shoplifting a Case.[DOUBLEPOST=1484998836][/DOUBLEPOST]can i tweet to their CEO and Headphonezone over at twitter and mention this thread??

first of all you need to check your dates. If today is 21 Dec 2016 to you, then my friend you lost a whole month since the rest of us are in 21st Jan 2017

I guess you need to raise a complaint with Aramex as well in the same time stating that u dint receive the package even when they updated it as delivered.
 
Order status don't change to "Delivered" until its done so by the delivery guy. Most probably the delivery guy must have lost it/stolen it and aramax guys are tracking it down.
 
ok guys, big update,
hpz said today,someone named "mahi"or "madi" took my parcel, there is no one by that name, that i know of, they are talking to account manager now.

any tips here?
 
delivery guys have gps enabled. check if delivery guy came near your home or not. I've seen gps enabled on the phones amazon guys carry.

Or you can check delivery guys' phone google account gps location history.

I dont think anyone except for their immediate managers have access to delivery boy and I am sure they wont give out names of anyone directly in case of any issues like this
 
Absolutely No response from them today, despite emails, Last contact stated that they will talk to their account manager, Nothing since then.

What should I do now? Can someone tweet to their CEO?[DOUBLEPOST=1485357931][/DOUBLEPOST]Update-

Sent them a long email (nothing rude) explaining how I Needed that mic (and still need it) Now, and I can't wait forever and always for them to sort stuff out and escalate the complain.

exactly. delivery guy's manager should be easily able to monitor the location of delivery guy. they won't give you details but they can easily check the details from their end.

Hpz got in contact with me, apologized for lack of communication in the last 2 days, The Aramex Delivery Guy will come tomorrow with his manager to my house to confront who he delivered it to. @adventureguy, @rakesh_ic anything i should do here?or ask them for?

BIG Update -- No one came from Aramex, but They declared the parcel Lost and now I will get a new one or refund from hpz.

Anyone knows of better mic in a budget?
 
^ it took 3 weeks but I got it in the end, Tbh if I could go back and pay Amazon 1000 extra and have it delivered using prime same day, I totally would.
